About HoopFrog events and mixers

HoopFrog events bring the same verification-first approach that shapes the app into real-world dating. The Events space is where members can find and organise local meetups. When an event is listed near you, it appears in the list above with the date, venue, distance, and how to register.

What to expect at a HoopFrog mixer

In-person meetups are built for genuine conversation rather than the endless scroll. They are relaxed and social, with room to talk over a coffee or a drink and meet people near you who are looking for something real. Each one is welcoming, low-pressure, and easy to attend on your own.

Safety at every event

Safety carries over from the app to the room. Meetups are held in reputable public venues, and the same community standards that govern HoopFrog apply in person. Members who attend bring the checks and Trust Score they have built on the platform, so the people you meet have already put their name to who they are.

How to join an event

Browse the list above and filter by date, distance, city, or event type to find something that fits. If nothing is showing near you yet, check back soon or widen the search radius. Select an event to see full details and reserve your place. New meetups and mixers are added as HoopFrog grows across Canada, so check back often or follow along in the app to be first to know when a new date lands in your city.
