Yes. The HoopFrog site works fully in Welsh, from signing up and building your profile to the values questionnaire, settings and messages. You can switch between Welsh and English whenever you like, and HoopFrog is available in five other languages too.
Members verify their phone number before they can send messages, and anyone can add an optional live selfie check, which counts towards the Trust Score on their profile. You can block or report someone from their profile or your chat. No app can remove all risk, so meet somewhere public the first few times and tell a friend where you are going.
